The short version: We want everyone to be able to use our website. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our commitment

MIJU BEAUTY Inc. is committed to making our website usable by people of all abilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technologies.

Our goal and approach

Our goal is for miju.odoo.com and mijubeauty.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our ongoing efforts include:

  • adding descriptive text alternatives to product images;
  • using clear headings, labels, and page structure;
  • maintaining readable text size and color contrast;
  • supporting keyboard navigation for menus, search, cart, and checkout; and
  • reviewing new pages and product listings for accessibility as we add them.

Known limitations

Some content may not yet fully meet our goal, including older product images, content and labels supplied by brands, and features provided by third parties such as payment pages (Stripe), application forms (Jotform), and the Faire marketplace. We are working to improve what we control and to choose accessible partners.
